Ok I have the ability to pick up some pennsoil ultra 5w-30 real cheap and am wanting advise on the oil itself and guys who have ran it there opinions

all oil is the same. all of our oil comes from the same place. the only slight difference is the companies put in different friction modifiers and detergents. some people buy oil for the commercial they see on tv because its supposed to protect and clean the engine better than oil better than anyone elses. its all about preference as long as you're putting the right weight in and it meets the trucks api rating id say go for it.
