Default Need advice on camber kit and alignment

98 F150 XL 2WD 4.2L/5-Speed

I just recently replaced the UCA/balljoints, lower ball joints, tie rods, pitman arm, new shocks, new sway bar end links, new tires and a 2" levelling kit. Today I went to have it aligned and the guy could not do it, he said it was almost 1.5 degrees out. I have searched on here and found threads mentioning camber kits but there are several to shoose from.

What is the correct one for my truck? Thanks in advance!

This replaces the stock retangular adjustment blocks right? Allows for the tires to stand up straight and not have a negative camber? I assume I will need two?
Thanks for the help thus far.

Two for each side, I seem to recall one box having two kits so one box for each side, you also have to knock out the stamped metal on either side of the frame ears where the upper control arms are bolted to make the hole's elongated. (if not already slotted) Air hammer works best for that.

Any alignment tech worth his pay knows all about it.
