sorry to question, but what exactly does the PCV Valve do, and what is the EGR?

After some reading and researching, I am dropping the factory manifolds if anyone wants them and making my own. I am also going with larger turbos and a custom intake.

Making it all custom. Also changing the headers to custom ones. If I'm doing this project I want it to be custom. Changing my aftermarket rods and heads to manleys and changing cams to .49. Orders the parts, so tomorrow I'm working on the intake and headers, have to wait on the internals. I'm also going with 67mm Garret's. So hp will be in the 650 range with factory tires.

ohk we'll you should drop us all a parts list when you get it all together. And where did you find the 67mm turbos? They cost a lot more then the smaller ones.

Hey ibd2328, give me a shout if you need any specific pictures of a turbo setup. My buddy has got a single 80mm comp turbo on his lightning that's just about completed. I'm going over to check out the truck and pick up a few parts.

See what he is running for an intake manifold. I'm really thinking of making my own with runners and a single 90mm throttle body. Probably use some sheet metal to make the plenum
