Nothing at all wrong with body lifts! Just please extend your front brake lines,the previous owner didn't extend mine and eventually my brake pads started shooting out of my front end. It happened 4 times before ford figured out what was wrong with it,went through 4 sets of pads,a couple rotors and 1 caliper. You'll love the body lift when you have to work on your truck.

I did buy it already, I already have 212k miles so I didn't want to just keep dropping money into the truck with an expensive 6 inch suspension, me and my buddy both got this lift and it comes with all necessary parts for the body lift and he has not had any problems yet! (Knock on wood)
