I got the P0300 multiple cylinder misfire code and i need some help!! I replaced the Fuel Filter, Air Filter, any other options? has anyone replaced the plugs on a 4.6 2002 with coil paks on each plug. the ones in the back look hard to get to. has anyone tackled this task? or is it worth paying someone/? thanks

My wife had a 99 Expedition with the 5.4 and they were extremely tough in the back passenger side and one plug on the driver side had the fuel pressure regulator on top of where the plug was at. Had the multiple misfire and it wound up being some bad COP's. Whether or not it is worth paying to get it done, not sure. Depends if you have the patience of a Buddhist Monk or not. The COP's were cheapest at O'reilly's. Good luck!

If it dosent give specific cylinders its hard to find whaqt is bad. You can throw parts at it and you might hit it. Need to find a tech with a scope and the know how to use it. Might save you money in the long run.
