Default Multiple codes

Im new here and not the most mechanicaly inclined... i was given a 1999 f150 5.4 4x4 Lariat last year. It was sitting for 2 years, the owners claim to have put a new motor in it. the odometer (when it works) reads 255k plus. Brake lines and new exhasted was replace before i took over. In the last 8 months i have replaced, Thermomstate and Housing, brakes and rotors, complete hub assembly on the driver side, serpentine belt and tensioner pulley, sway bar linkage, oil change. the most recent was the fuel pump (whole sending unit) and fuel filter, along with oil change. all repairs have been done by myself, learning from youtube vids... and some topics on here, that was 2 weeks ago. Now today, truck has been running smooth 100x better then ever. stop after work to get gas and there is radiator fluid pouring out the bottom. no visible leaks from the hoses but the resevior is almost empty. when running and in park the rpms would jump to 3k and drop below 1k quickly. drove it home maybe 2 miles and it would stutter when giving gas and then jump to speed real quick. codes are p1131, p0133, p0153. thank you in advance for any input you may have.

Coolant can short circuit electrical connections. I'd focus on the coolant leak first, it might be spraying your O2 sensor connections. "Pouring" is a pretty powerful word. You probably mean fast leak. Check your water pump weep hole. There's no code for coolant leak.

Either way it is the problem that can destroy your engine. The codes can't.

All the coded are for bank 1, front Ox sensor 1.
Look up the code disciptions and consider what they are telling you.
They are all responding to the same fault.
Good luck.
