We dont need mudflaps on our trucks in PA correct? Only if its GVW is 11,000 or more, but I dont think thats going to happen.

I doubt you need them but I put some on my truck and I live in mn it's just nice to have keep gravel and salt and what not from dinging up the rear end and when it rains people behind you don't get water from the roads kicked up into their windshields no harm in putting them on
