The less restrictive rear cats offed and straight piped followed up by a good exhaust, -straight through design then tailpipe.
Just adding a TP helped it out, - that's great! You must be set up correctly ie intake and everything before the TP. I think you are.

I used to put Nitrogen in my tires instead of regular air, I don't know if they still offer it. Nitrogen is a lighter gas than regular air so that can contribute to having lighter tires.

For exhaust, intake should straight piped with a 3" tube and a good DRY element. Nothing charged with oil, like a K&N. Factory midpipes y-piped into a single 3.5. A little big for the current setup but room to grow

But no, nitrogen is not added to tires to make them lighter.
