I would start with the Highest priced item and work down. Besides Rims make a huge difference on any truck

Rims, The fx4 rims go for like $425 around here. Hard hard hard to find in my neck of the woods. Have you thought about painting your lower valance to match the body? I have under $50 in mine but I did paint it my self.

i tryed my best to photo shop it its hard with the angle of the truck and rim if you can take a perfect straight side shot i can do it better lol

Get the Side Biters!!! I love them on a red truck! And I'd peel that stripe to clean it up a bit, just my opinion, you may like it.
