Default Misfire help

So my truck has code "misfire on 4 and 8" so I checked the plugs to see if they were firing. Yep they are. Check the resistance on the fuel injector and got 15 ohms on cylinder 4 but didn't check cylinder 8. I check PCV valve it's good.

Any ideas on what else that simple and easy to check that I could do?

Just curious why not take it to dealer have them diag it then you will know what is needed so you can fix it without getting overly exspensive.

A misfire can also be caused by the injector becoming plugged or partialy plugged
