I have scanned my ECM and cylinder C & E misfire, I have a 4.6L V8 which is C & E?

 

When my 2003 F150 SuperCrew 4.6L V8 was miss fireing I was told C = Coil 3 andand E = Coil 5. The letters in allphapet Corspond to A=1, B=2, C=3 D=4, E =5, F=6, G=7 H = 8. start on Passanger Side..Coil 1 is The first Coil Closest to Front Coil 4 Is Closest to cab Col 5 is closes to front on Driver side and coil 8 is closet go cab on driver side.
