Default Misfire

Pulled a #5 misfire code...97 f150 4.6l. Changed plugs and plug wires and engine ran much better but now slowly going back. Again I have a #5 misfire code. Could a coil be going out? My store bought book says resistance on coil is 6.5 to 11.5 on the secondary and I'm reading 14.22 on one coil and the other 12.38...primary coil resistance was .5 on both which should be in the ok range... Could I have a bad coil?? Thanks for the help!!
