misfire

i have a 5.4 4sx4 98 f150 anf i has no ***** off the line i know my cats ar leaking and plugged will this cause it to throw a cylinder 1 misfire code i have done coil pakes plugs what else could it bee???

It could cause the code but I'm not a 100 shure

I think if it were the cats causing the misfire it would throw a P0300 code, or general/multiple misfire code.
