hello all i am new to this site i have a 98 ext cab long box it is the base model no options other then air. I use it to pull my 25 ft camper anyway i have been looking for a set of trailer mirrors and came across these

has anyone ever added these? and can someone tell me if there is any differance between the xl, xlt, lariat, and the base model i know the factory mirrors are different but is there any in the door or the way the mirrors mount my concern is that i dont see a base model on the list of trucks that these fit so wondering if they will work

Yes, those will work. I don't know why they use extended cab, in stead of Super Cab.

The model differences (XL, XLT, Lariat) are just trim levels.

Those mirrors, won't work on Super Crews. Their doors are different.
