Different shrouds would take care of that.
You could try painting the parts you can see black, it is not like anyone will ever get close enough to see them (but I know, you will know).
Or ask over on HIDplanet.

aluminum tape to get a backing for covering it then high temp JB weld epoxy like you used on your headlights.

ta-da, there ya have it, a cover up to keep the mounting brackets from being seen. then you could sand it smooth and repaint the inside of the housing black.

That's a possibility. Only problem is I would have to repaint it with the projectors install

why is that??

if you have, say, a bolt that you need a box wrench on to hold it still while you tighten the other end, you could just epoxy that in place too. anything that's loose, that doesn't need to be, you want it to be stuck down, which in this case is best done with said epoxy. that way you have less things to come loose on their own and an easier time removing the projectors.

why don't you put the aluminum tape in place, and put a little longer pieces in than you need so you can put the epoxy just on the aluminum tape, and then once the epoxy cures, you trim the tape down to the right size and then you can smooth the epoxy.

and if you do it right, getting that piece of molded epoxy thick enough, you might be able to make it a removable piece so if need be it can be taken out.

I may try that. Thats probably the best idea yet

I just have to cover up the projector mounting brackets, get new mounting bolts, and speed nuts for the fog light brackets then I can put them on.
