Default Master Cylinder?

Long story short I bought this 99 f150 xlt with 4wd with about 150k on it. 5 speed manual, and it drove great until recently when the clutch stopped having pressure, a lot like stepping on a water balloon. No big deal, I bled the slave cylinder with the help of my old man. Got the clutch working to the point where I could pump it and it shifts fine, but while he was bleeding it he noticed it was pushing out a black liquid....uh motor oil....*shakes head* previous owner must have filled the reservoir with motor oil. Well pushed a half a gallon of fluid through it and I'm at the point where I have to double clutch to shift, but it has pressure back on the second pump. My dad and I believe the Master cylinder is the issue. Just wanted some feed back before I buy the part and install, any ideas?

Believe so. Bled out the whole system, leaked out a sticky black chunky mix, I assume it's motor oil mixed with brake fluid. Clutch works fine except having to double clutch to shift. As far as I know the guy who owned it before me always brought it to the shop to get it worked on, the only thing I can think of is he got in a pinch and filled it with motor oil quick. System doesn't leak so I assume the master cylinder is shot.
