Default Maintenance items and Front end

I am @ 140k miles now and I have no clue when (if ever) the P/O changed trans/diff fluids and whatnot

I am planning to change coolant/trans/diffs/plugs and exhaust manifold gaskets since I have an exhaust leak, and I am smelling coolant in the cab. Anything I should be aware of? Certain brands for lube/coolant that I should use? I am all for spending a few bucks more to get synthetics within reason.

I understand that sometimes the connections/hoses can crack in the engine bay that lead to the heatercore and I am hoping that this is my problem with the smell, since I would rather not remove the whole dash...

The truck is starting to get pretty loose on the highway. It has new shocks and the front end was cranked by the P/O. I plan to reduce the crank a bit since I am only running 33's, what should I consider replacing? End links/bushings (any in particular) and ball joints? Is there a kit for this? I have had good experience with MOOG components and would like to use them.

Any and all help is much appreciated.

Any idea how to tell which size sway bar I have up front without buying a micrometer?

I'll probably start with end links and sway bar bushings before I jump to replacing UCAs/LCAs since the ball joints look fine externally, although the bushings on those don't look so hot...
