Default Lowering Kits

It's curious, does anyone know of any lowering kits made for our gen trucks? I've got a 97' XLT 5.4L Extended Cab Short Bed 2WD. I'm not wanting to get a 2WD lift cause I think it's pointless and retarded. I'm just curious what options are out there for lowering my truck. I'm wanting to go for more of a street or sports truck. I'm not wanting to slam it and throw 20''s and spinners on it. Probably 17'' or 18'' wheels with a sportier tread to go with. Almost look like a lightning but with a regular f150 look.

Check out the Lowered Truck Forum in the Aftermarket section. There are several option for our trucks. Mine is a 3/4 Beltech kit.

If anyone has some links to some threads for our trucks in the lowered trucks section that would be helpful.
