Can anyone tell me if there really is a difference between having the lower valence on and taking it off? Ive been looking and have only found wish washy answers. In our trucks does it matter for MPG's at all? Or are there any other effects to it. Any help would be appreciated.

A flap mounts on the bottom of it to direct air to the power steering pump cooler, tenant cooler, and radiator.

 

So how much of an affect would it have if I took it off?

 

I dunno bout you but I would be short two lights if I took mine off.

I think they look really weird off when you can see the frame but that's just me

 

I ask because mines held on by zip ties. Im guessin the previous owner messed it up and didnt feel like buyin a new one. I just kinda want it off at least untill I have the money for a new one but I dont know what it would do to fuel efficiency.
