Default Low Fuel Light

1998 Ford F150. Purchased a couple of weeks ago and have been doing some maintenance work on it. (Seafoam, changed oil, air filter, cleaned MAF sensor) One recurring problem is when driving, for a second or two, it feel like it loses power then then stablizes. This is especially prononucned when going over a bump. I have not had a tune up yet but intend to in the next month or so. Any thoughts on what may be causing this?

More like from the engine. Transmission seems to shift fine and I was told the tranny was rebuilt a couple of years ago.
