Hey guys, just wondering if any of you have some good ideas on how to make my truck loud(er) without breaking my bank. ive got the 4.6 and right now ive got a single in dual out with an Outlaw muffler. I asked the guy at the shop and he said the Outlaw would be the loudest he has. I dont like the sound of the f150s with no muffler so i was wondering if anyone had some good ideas?!

take your cats off, and run a straight pipe back to your muffler.

thought about that but i dont want my check engine light on all the time...is there any way around that?

I like how mine sounds loud at crap but I have 2 cats cut off straight piped all the way with 3 in tips.

No CEL doing this modification... Plenty on here including myself have done this with no CEL

i just bought a cherry bomb extreme its suppost to be the loudest and its legal !! it comes in Friday cant wait!!!! check them out on utube the sound amazingggg

i have cherry bomb glass packs on my bronco and its LOUD AS HELL, and not the ratling loud, its like a loud *** purr. and when i revv it up it literally sounds like a roar

yea my k5 has glass packs but i think i am going to love the extreme way more its very hot rodish lol glass packs sound great for off road trucks

I've got true dual cherrybomb extremes. They're loud (as loud as a truck with four cats and two mufflers can be) with a nice rumble and zero cackle even when cold.

Mine is a crackling mess with just the two front cats and no mufflers lol
