Any good locksmith can cut your key and set the key to your truck. They use a special electronic machine to input the information into the new key. Since you have your metal regular key, they won't have to do anything but program the PATS and use the key machine to cut your new blank. It runs about 70 here in AK and 100 if you didn't have any key. The damn transponder key blank was almost 20 itself. lol

i'm not sure who the guy is but i just bought my truck and the used dealer has a guy that made a new key for $50.
