Default Loose Door Panel

Just bought the truck, so am noticing things as I'm driving it daily now -

It looks like someone has gone into the door panels (prior to my purchase), as one of the bottom screws is missing

So I found a small screw that fit the thread - However, it seems like the plastic anchor in the actual door is loose (both Driver and Passenger doors) causing the panels to rattle since they are not tight to the door.

My question is, how do these "anchors" sit in the door, and how do I go about fixing this?

I will probably replace the door speakers, so when I do, I will fix this issue while the door panel is off.

I would be interesting if that was causing the rattle. I had a similar problem where the prior owner broke the plastic retainer right behind the electronic window switch. That broken plastic piece rattled badly until I removed it. I still have a loose feeling section on the door when someone pulls it close. I would check that screw and plastic retainer as well.

How do you like the Infinity ref. speakers? Did you do the head unit and speakers at the same time?

I'm looking at replacing the speakers, but still deciding on the head unit, and am looking at the reference/kappa series.

Here's the thing. The previous owner had memphis and kicker speakers in the vehicle. I switched to infinity references to be consistent and clear all around. I gained clarity and lost the little bit of bass I had. I am OK with this for now and I am looking to install a five channel amp and add a sub-woofer to complete the system. Right now the clarity is perfect but volume and lack of bass sucks. I also have about 2000 songs on an 8gb stick which makes driving a pleasure.
