Only time my tires rub is when I'm turned all the way. I have it flexed out a lot the tired never rub anything I will post up some pics later. They might hit the inner fender of the bed but not enough to matter

Here is a few pics flexing the rear. And I also have 3 inch block in the rear with t bars cranked up on the front really give the trucks a more aggressive look tho. Well I think it does anyways lol

The sides get trimmed down and they mount anyway you like. I sell them as the flat piece.

I have a picture of the 04-08 style grill on a white truck but not the 97-03. And they can be mounted anyway you want. Most People weld bolts on the back and use washers and nuts to bolt it to the grill.
