While ya have your grill out for paint you could put some more offroad lights behind the grill maybe even the raptor style marker lights.

Ahhh I forgot about the raptor lights. I already have 3 amber bolt LEDs from superbrightled.com I just need to go pick up some L brackets at lowes. I guess I'll drill; then paint it: then install.

But yeah. The black rims was plasti dip. It worked really well. I left the center caps black after I removed the rest off the wheels.
I have white plasti dip coming in that I'm gonna give a shot.

Also; my LMC truck parts mag just came in. I feel like its Christmas
Just for the record I have 315/70/r17 on my factory 17 inch fx4 wheels and don't have any problems at all...

My grill is not painted; I should do that. I just need to research a bit more on what kind of paint to use and how to sand it and such.
There's really nothing much to painting the grille. I used Rustoleum satin black (simply because that's what my wife bought me) and it's held up very well. As for prep all I did was wash I with dish soap to kind of degrease it, no sanding or anything. You can either take it off or paint it while it's on the truck. I opted to leave mine on, seemed easier to tape everything off than to go through the trouble of taking everything apart, guess I'm kinda lazy haha.

I'll have to give that site a look after work. And that's good to know I can fit larger wheels.

With the 315/70/17 does it give you tire to much of a cramped look. As in the tire is to far out past the wheel.

And I dunno; unless that ford is perfectly centered in the middle I don't think I can do it. How does it mount?
