Default Little idea

Well yall, i was thinking tonight and i came up with a little idea. Could you mount LED stobe lights, where you would put the Raptor LEDs. right above the ford symbol on that little smiley thing. Also, what strobes would yall recommend? i found http://www.andysautosport.com/ford/1...a00000384.html my only thing is if the bulbs would break easy. If this would not work, do you know how easy it is to put them in your headlights?

If those ones i posted above would break to easy, how about this one http://www.andysautosport.com/ford/1...d00000255.html

Let me know your guys input!

Links aren't working. If you are talking about leds then they don't have "bulbs" and they shouldn't break if they are made for being outside. If you are talking about actual strobe tubes then you definitely want them to be in a housing of some sort. It is possible to mount anything anywhere. If you want them there just for fun my vote is you shouldn't do it. If you are wanting to use them as actual warning lights then you will want to get them from a place like galls.com swps.com or my personal favorite strobesnmore.com. Here is a link to some made for mounting in the grill http://www.strobesnmore.com/Grille-Rear-Deck.html Hideaway strobe systems with strobe tubes will be the brightest/most bang for buck way to go and they aren't hard to put in the headlights. Just drill the hole and put em it. If you just want something that clears traffic without drawing to much attention from the authorities then you want a headlight flasher and this is the cheapest: http://www.galls.com/cgi/CGBCSTYL?PMSTYL=FS039 I used that particular model for a long time and it worked good. I won't say if I used it on the road or not (cause anything that even kinda impersonates an emergency vehicle is very illegal) but my "friend" did use it when traffic was aggravating and people sure get out the way. Just don't accidentally flash an off duty cop or something. I was a volunteer firefighter for a while and we weren't allowed to have any lights on our private vehicle.
Edit: links worked on my phone. The first one isn't made for being out on its own it has to be in a housing. The second would probably be alright. They are both cheap/unreliable though.
