lincoln engine for ford??

can i swap a Lincoln 5.4l 32 valve engine into my F 150 which currently has a 16 valve 5.4??

Yes, but you have some wiring hurdles to jump, plus exhaust

Who was the guy that did it and didn't like the results? I'm terrible with UN's.

That was... MyFX4Project iirc. I still don't know why he went with cobra cams.

Keep your 5.4 2v. It's the more reliable 5.4 out of any of them
