Default Lights again

So I purchased cree led lights off of eBay and made sure they were the correct ones and plugged them in everywhere. I also went to autozone and purchased a ep27 relay led compatible and here's where my fun starts.

When I hit my brakes the overhead display blinks along with my corner lights and tail lights and odometer readout. I switched the relay out because I thought maybe the relay was junk and it wasn't led compatible. So I got another and plugged her in. Still to the same effect I have the same problems. So now I am actually in a parking lot about 35 min from my house and had my girl hit the blinker for me. All my lights flash as if my hazards were on when just my left or right blinker is on.

Here is the part that screws with my head when my lights are on everything works fine and when they are off they start acting messed up

Any input would be great thanks in advance

I'm guessing the LEDs. I had a similar issue where I got a cheap set from eBay, and when I plugged them into the tails, the 3rd brake light stayed on. The indicator for that side stayed on. Change them out with regular bulbs and see what happens. If that fixes it, you're gonna have to get a better set. I payed up for a good set, and I am totally impressed with the results. The quality is amazing, light output is unmatched, and they have given me zero issues.

Thanks brother I had enough of that led fiasco maybe you could send me a link or tell me your brand of LEDs I just threw my regular relay and bulbs back in and everything worked normally. I think it's definitely the LEDs which surprised me because everyone on this forum was talking up those cree bulbs which don't get me wrong in my reverse lights they put out a lot of light but for anything else I would say they weren't worth a damn. Maybe it's the double filament in the bulb and these cree are meant for single filament only idk thanks for the reply again. Definitely send a link or something for me because I'd really like to have everything led to match the projector conversion I just started thanks to browningscrew

Absolutely. These are the ones I used. They are a bit more, and yes. That price they have is per bulb, but worth it. I've had these for 6 months so far, and nothing has gone wrong with them. Every LED works, and no extra electrical issues.

On this site, do your search by Bulb Number (no generic listing for our generation of trucks) like #194, etc. The WORST symptom I've encountered (in a '98) is that the LED will flicker or burn out quickly (always on the dash, upper two on the cluster seem to go quickly regardless of vendor - but NO OTHER BURNOUTS in 2 years!!!!). If you install it reverse, the LED just won't light. I've never encountered any other symptom from installing LEDs. I have a mix of Ebay specials from China, and others from Superbrightleds.com.

Yeah, that's happening with one of the T5's from SBLEDs. All the eBay special T5's started having issues, so I went with a different site with some nice 6 5630 SMD LEDs. Nice and bright.
