Default Lightning swap help

Hello,
first time posting, long time reader. I have a 2001 HD and I came across a 2000 lightning "kit" got it mostly put together. Still need to figure out throttle linkage bracket and egr pipe setup, I know lame.. but I'm in California. I got eager and started up. Started right up but my rpms went to 3k.... I had gotten a stock intake tube off ebay and used the maf sensor in it then replaced with my.original and still no change. I disconnected the air control valve and when I started it the rpms went to 2300 then after about 15 ish seconds ramped back up to 3k again. Im nervous about my vacuum situation. I found where a guy made a diagram. So as it is right now the pvc valve in the p/s valve cover is connected to the air control valve rear nipple (closest to.fire wall) the forward nipple of the valve is going to the bottom of the intake boot. I "T" the fuel pressure regulator red vacuum line in with the the upper nipple of the boost actuator and the mid plate nipple. My brake booster and evap hoses are connected to the upper 2 niplles of the plenum on the d/s. And the 3 hose (2 red and 1 black i think) are in the upper plenum on the p/s. Any and all help is appreciated.
