Default Light bar

I got a light bar on my grill guard really like it and looks good it's just the light points down a little anyone know if there can be adjusted without taking all the way off?

I don't know what one you have, my brother bought me one direct from China and it adjusts. I have to loosen 4 bolts (2 on each side of each mounting location) and it will move. Here's how mine looks.

My is close to that but bolts are on the bottom

I don't have a bar, but I have two fogs in there. I recall that I just took the big black cover out, and it opened up to all kinds of real estate in there, lol. I have a pic showing the light coming down through with the cover off below. There's plenty of room to get at it for maybe 5 minutes of work.
