I own a 97 F150 2WD and having some difficult finding a lift kit for a mild 4" lift, any help and advice would be awesome. Thanks.

most people don't lift 2wds, since there's no purpose in lifting a 2wd truck... thats why lift kits are hard to find for a 2wd...

i have to disagree; and ask you to explain why "there's no purpose in lifting a 2WD".
why wouldn't increased ground clearance help a 2WD being driven off pavement?

Most guys dont take their 2wds off the pavement. unless theyre racing or having fun in the dunes. so there isnt as much of a demand for 2wd lifts other than aesthetics.
