Does it have aftermarket torsion keys or just has the torsions turned up?

Only way to level your truck out is by cranking the torsion bars.. aftermarket keys can crank the frontend higher allowing you do add a block in the rear to get another 1" or so but cranking them more than what factory gives isn't a good idea. It will stress out the balljoints more than if it wasn't cranked.

If you want to lift the whole truck, suspension lift is the way to go. Some run body lifts, but it's just a cheap way to get the body off the ground.

as far as lifts i dont think there are much of a differnce when its comes to torsion suspensions just brand unless u go with a long travel or solid axle swap but thats a little excessive since u dont wheel hard
and im not a fan of body lifts
