I had 35s on my 03 f150 and it had a 3inch body lift on it and it still rubbed with the body lift i had to trim the front valance alittle to be able to turn. Theres a pic in my profile of it with the body lift with the 35s and with the body lift and suspension lift

I have 35's on mine if you have stock rims they are gonna rub on the frame no matter what. And the 5.4 pushes em just fine. gas mileage sucks but like you said it looks cool so it's worth it.

Just crank your t bars get in turner and call it a day. I have 35s without a lift. I do rub a little a full lock but doesn't affect normal driving conditions.
