Default Lift kit question

Hello everyone,
I am new to the truck world so go easy on me lol. I am wondering if anyone can tell me how much of a lift my truck seems to have from my pics I can't for the life of me tell I got it from the dealer already lifted. I want at least a 6in lift so I can put 35s on but if anyone knows where I can get a 7.5in for a 2000 f150 please let me know! I probable have to do a body lift with a 6in lift but tell me what you guys have and maybe some advice for a newcomer?

Thanks a lot!

Can't really tell in the pics but I would guess it looks like a either 4-6" suspension lift. It would be easier to tell with pics of underneath the truck

I'll try to get some shots of the undercarriage on Friday I own it but am picking it up then. I feel like it may be 4 it just doesn't seem like a 6 to me..you think?

What size tires are those, that would also help judge. Looks like 6" to me, assuming the tires are 33"s. Get a shot looking into the wheel well straight on so we can see if there's a body lift.

The tires are 32s and wheels are 17s. I unfortunately have to wait till Friday for that photo as well as that's when I take it home bc I get my license back then. Let me see if I can blow up a pic I have real quick.

I think those are torsion front ends, so the lift components are prob different than my 06. Otherwise you could measure the front crossmembers height.

Looks like 6" to me though. The rear would typically be less than the front, usually 4"
