Default Which lift?

Im planning to put 35 12.50 tires on my truck and am going to get about a 4" lift kit. Should I go with tuff country or rough country?

Why only 4"?

The Rough country 4" is the same as the 5" just with a smaller block in the rear. They have you stack blocks and use horrible U-bolts. If you go Rough country, ditch the whole rear set up, get a solid block and real U-bolts. I don't know how Tuff country's set up is, but even though Rough country is 1k for the kit, you'll spend another 2-300 getting the right parts to make it a safe kit. For that price you can get the 6" Zone lift.

Yeah, Id go a little higher. Mines 4" and my 33.5" tires (325/60r18) rub once in a while on the valance.

Here's my 5" with 35x12.5R17 Toyo A/T's, I don't rub at all.
