Bought a leveling kit for my 2001 2wd f150.never done one before but my dad has.would it be worth it to pay the 200 bucks to have it put on or do it myself?

He's only done it on a straight axle...I didn't think it would be any big deal till I started callin shops and when I told em what I had they were like o no we dont do those and hung up

 

For sone reason the one place I went to so far that is first said o yeah we can do level it for two hundred that includes parts. Then I went back and i mentioned what they said bout parts and labor and they looked at me like I was nuts. I also asked how much for a three I inch lift on a 2 wd 02 150 they told me they could do it parts and labor for 3000. Needless to say I will not go back to them. I want to level mine too. I've never done it and dont have the proper tools. If I is cheaper I would buy em and do myself. If u do it let me know how hard it is. Thanks.
