Leveling a 2wd

I have a 99 f150 2wd and wanted to lift the front end a few inches to level it off and make it sit a little high. Any ideas on the cheapest an easiest way? Thanks

2WD F150s sit on coils. 4WD's have torsion bars. 2WD Rangers however have torsion bars.
