Im not sure about the silicone, as I have only had Rigid products with a watertight seal and lifetime warranty. As far as hanging off the bumper, its close, because I know his fins in the back of the light bar touch the grill. Its close but definately do-able. Ask the seller for the measurements, and you can measure it easily. My buddy in that picture has a 20".

Ok. I think I'm pretty confident it will fit so im going to buy it right now. It's a 20" light bar but with the brackets is 24". If not my state dosent have front plates so I can put it on the lower valence if worse comes to worse and I will wire it with quick disconnects if I want to take the grille off. Thanks!
