Default Leaf springs squeaking

Hey guys both my rear leaf springs are squeaking alot and I've been spraying them down with wd-40 but that only last for a week and they'll start squeaking again I just want to know if there's a permeant fix for it. Thanks in advance, Clay.

There are some spacers/flat plates that are probably worn out and gone from between the leafs. These would be a major job to replace anyway.
I would try some heavier spray lube or some silicon spray. One of these will stay with it longer.

Are you positive it is the leaf springs? I had the same deal and it was the top washer for my rear shocks were squeaking cause they were metal on metal.
If it is the leaf spring you can pull the packs apart and replace everything and paint it to prevent rust in the future.

Not permanent like replacing the spacers but white lithium grease will last much longer than wd-40.

Yeah I positive it's the leaf springs because when I spray just the leaf springs the squeaking stops but thanks for the help.

For a guy that doesn't know what a wrench looks like it will be difficult. For a master mechanic it would be something he would have the lower level techs do so he could tend to more vigorous tasks.

I do not know where your abilities fall.
