Default Leaf Spring SAG....

Hey everyone i have a 2000 f150 4x4 and the rear drivers side leaf springs are sagging big time. i was wondering how to go about fixing them? can i just put a extra leaf on the side thats sagging to bring the height back up to match the pass side? or do i have to replace them all? what should i do?

You can get an AAL set up that will help reduce the sag and increase payload but if they are real bad you might want to replace them. They run about 90 for leafs with 2" lift, don't know about stock ones though.

Take them to a spring shop and have them rearched.

Would that not jeopardize the integrity of the springs??

No as they retemper the springs when they are done.

You can look at rock auto. I bought some through them from a 7700 a few years ago.
