Default Leaf pack

Okay the lowest spring on my leaf back is way out of line with all the others and has been for quite awhile but I never really thought anything of it, so how do I go about fixing it?

First check to see if it's broken. It likely is. To replace it you'll need to unload the springs, remove the U-bolts, remove the locator pin bolt, and slide it out. Slide in a new one and reverse the process.

When I put the block in I would've noticed it breaking and wouldn't I be able to tell in the ride and when I off road? I never really have a hard Load other than my ski boat?

re-align it and put a strap on spring strap/band on it.

That's what I plan on doing but it's the bottom one so where would I place the strap?
