Default Lacking Power on Gas again.

So awhile ago my truck was stuttering, and lacking power while pressed on the gas I replaced all the following( Bosch plugs, Accel wire set, Duralast coil packs, new IAC Valve, and fuel filter ) and it still did it off and on, for months it didn't act up and one night driving home from work it hit started, checked codes and only O2 Sensors up and down stream pop up. Anyone have and Idea of what's wrong? Has this happened to you before. Could it have to deal with EGR system??

because you replaced all the things I thought of (coils and fuel filter) what about checking something simple that may have come loose like a sensor that controls air fuel mixture. Maybe it came loose, replacements made, then jarred loose again. If it fixes the issue and its free, its the best kind of fix. 2yrs ago I was having issues, but not pulling codes. I went to ford and they said that they replaced the O2 sensor. Problem stopped. It was a minor sputter on accel. Not saying that is what fixed it, but that is one thing that was done to my truck when I had a similar problem

Griz, I had to mod my answer. That coolant response just didnt seem right, but checking air fuel sensors and o2 sensors makes more sense.
