knocking sound

when i am coming to a stop i occasionally hear a knocking sound coming from what sounds like the rear of my truck. i got no idea what it is.

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks.

could just be that something broke loose in the muffler and u just cant hear it when ur under acceleration because of the exhaust pressure
