Default Kick panel speakers?

Anyone got any kick panel speakers mounted in their trucks and if so how did you run your speaker wires to them? I have the factory radio w/6 disc cd changer that I would like to keep, just need ideas on how to wire extra speakers up!

I was going to...but another guy bought them before I did.

you can wire them in series with the other door speakers, but there will be less power for them so they wont pound 100%. however you can add an amp (not sure how) and plug em up and it will be awesome! Id like to know how to do this though..

They're called Q-forms when I use to go to comps in the big truck I ran them.

I still got 'em an don't plan on using them. I had 3) pair of 6.5's ex-cab door and kick panels and 2 sets of tweeters, door and kick panels. Had a couple of sets of crossovers that would light up and take the watts so it wouldn't blow the speakers, it would look like a crazy light show in there when I turned it up really loud. People thought I had bass lights in my truck. Lmao! Tards...

And 8) 10's for the subs... it was pretty loud, won quiet a few comps with it.

Anyways I had 2 amps, one for my mids and highs and one for the subs. Personally I wouldn't put any down there if your not gonna push them with anything, kind of pointless.

You can kind of see them here

Another thing I forgot to mention is you have to bend your parking brake lever out for it to be functional. Since I removed all mine when I lifted it I didn't mess with it. No need to didn't have a parking brake. It actually made the pedal wedge against it so when inspectors drove my truck for a sticker it stayed down and popped up from it being wedged hahaha

Woops

^so how would you wire them up? the kick panels that is, big wire that goes to the amp, then wires to the speakers, but how do you wire up the signal wires that actually send the 'music' signals to it?

I'm pretty sure you run the power and grounds to the amp use your RCA or whatever they are to the head unit and then you send the speaker wires to the appropriate channels on the amp.

But I haven't messed with audio in 10 years. Could be wrong, but pretty sure that's right.

Car/audio people get in here, right Meow!

Just wanting to know how to wire them into my factory stereo. Got a great deal on the Q-Logic panels and just wanting to put some speakers in them.

Just like mentioned earlier, splice them into your door speakers quiet simple really. But don't be surprised when your factory unit over heats or your stock speakers get softer in sound.
