i have noticed when you press any key on the door keypad, that the cabin lights turn on automatically.... this kind of annoys me because any one (generally no good MFs that want to break in) can come to my truck and turn on the cabin lights and easily see whats inside.... is there a way I can avoid this.... like having the cabin lighting turn on AFTER pressing the fifth key code instead of pressing any random key???

You would probably have to find the wiring diagram for the keypad and disconnect the wire that turns on the interior lights.
