I've been contemplating pulling my panel to add some padding. It only takes a minute to take a look.

Now an XLT in Colorado
Yes definitely worth a look next time your in there! If your looking for an inexpensive way to pad the doors you can starch up a second set of factory door padding from a yard. They looked at me like I was crazy when I asked how much lol. I stacked them up and staples them together. Twice as thick, made a difference.

Everything in my XL is manual, nothing is powered on the doors. But there is a wire loom passing to the door by the hinges, so I'm hopeful the harness might be there! I'll have to check later.
Especially with how many other pre-wired things I've found in this truck. Makes sense (for cost savings) that Ford would have had the same wiring harnesses for all trucks no matter what options it had. Most modern cars are this way.

GO SOX!
Man, you had it made with it being prewired. I had to source the pins from Mouser Electronics and build my own harness. I use the keypad more than the fob. One of the best things I did to mine.
