key pad issues

My key pad will not unlock door
When i put the code in lights come on but lock doesnt work
Help !

Are you sure you have the right code? The lights come on even if it's the wrong code. Check the little white box under the drivers side dash.

Agreed, sounds like wrong code, I have done the same before.

I had to replace mine on my 99 expy cause some if the buttons stopped working you can test this by pushing each button ounce and waiting for the lights to turn off after each time

does the key fob work, what about the door lock switch? If only the keypad dont work then it sounds like the wrong code, but if the others dont work either then it probably an actuator.
