Default I've got a dilemma

Ok I'm wanting to work on my truck this weekend. I want to either put add a leafs or some custom shackles on my truck to lift the rear. I need to get about 2.5".

So what's my best option???

Or should I jut make some ladder bars or tractions bars to go with my 5" blocks

Thanks guys

If you have a 5 inch block and are going to add something like this you better get a traction bar cause your gonna have some axle wrap if not.

I took the 5" blocks out cause of axle wrap. But I need 2.5" for the truck to sit level.
