Default ive changed everything I can think off still running like ****

I have a 2002 f150 with 48,000 miles with the 4.6 nd 4x4 everything stock... it sputters and shakes while trying to accelerate!!! Changed coil changed spark plugs cut the cats off changed egr valve and dpef sensor or w/e its called im bought to shoot this ****ing truck somebody help!!!!!!!

Keeps showing 02 sensor to lean and now idle cotrol valve sensor ....fml I spent 300.00 on sensor s alone this past week im going to clean the injectors and check them with a volt meter and change fuel filter...

This may sound weird but I had a explorer doing the samething and it turned out to be an intake gasket. Just throwing it out there.

This is a thought. If it is showing lean condition, I would look in the area of the EGR valve. You said that it is new. I am thinking it's not opening or not opening enough. Look for vacuum leaks or the EGR ports are restricted. I had a fight with mine back in October with some of the same issues. My vacuum tubes looked good but they were leaking through the side wall. You can use carb cleaner to find vacuum leaks. The vacuum tube and fitting on the back of the passenger side is where I would start. Then move to the upper and lower intake.
Don't forget to disconnect the battery to reset the code if you have an engine light. It will take a drive cycle for it to check itself out.
If you search my name and threads you can follow rant when I had this issue. Warning I was not an English major in school. There is a lot of caveman speak in it.

Yes my 04 was doin prety much same thing i pulled the airfilter and it was all messed up put a new one in ran like nee again

Sooo my gas had mud in it ... Have to drop the tank and clean it change fuel filter clean injectors.... Anyone know the best way to clean it ?
