Default interior pricing

ok well i had the 99' painted a few months ago and i'm wanting to freshin up the interior, was couriouse if any of yall have done this type of thing before. I'm looking at new carpet repairing the drivers seat witch has pretty bad damage from years of sliding in and out with wallet and or tools in my back pocket. Live on the beach so the sand from years of driving in the sand has pretty much destroyed the carpet. wanting the rest of the seats cleaned and or repaired. and headliner fixed , its coming down at the windshield. I talked to a local guy that the company that did my paint suggested and came out to about 600 USD it seems fair to me but thought i would get some more input. he also said that he would detail the inside while everything was out. alos looking for some nice interior upgrades for this truck if yall can think of any.

If you have leather seats, i suggest Richmond Seat Covers out of Texas- beautiful work, great color match, factory dupicate, and (i thought) reasonably priced.- and you can find Youtube instruction on the installation- changing out carpet, putting on seat covers, cleaning and conditioning leather- its all fairly easy, just a little time consuming to do a good job.

I've gone the same route or going that way on most of this. Take a look at my build thread. Pull any ideas from there that you'd like.

I'd get a Rug Doctor and try that out on the carpet first. Mine was pretty bad and I was going to buy new carpet but decided to clean it first. It came out damn near perfect, so I left it as is. My driver's seat is shot too. I'm saving now to have at least that one done for now, I'm going to use The Seat Shop OEM skins. It'll be a little over $450 for what the material. The headliner is easy enough to do on your own if you want to tackle it. I added an Expedition overhead console. I had to shape some foam to close the gap as well as cover the existing dome light hole. It came out really well.
